What we collect, and why. This site is an independent guide, and reading it requires no account and no personal data. Two things are optional:
- Email lists. If you ask for the packing checklist or join the founding pilgrims list, we collect your email address (and name, if you give it) through MailerLite, our email provider, with double opt-in. We use it to send you what you asked for and occasional Camino updates. Unsubscribe works with one click in any email; unsubscribing deletes you from our list. We never sell or share the list.
- Email you send us. If you write to bookings@walkbomcaminho.com we keep the correspondence for as long as it’s relevant to answering you.
Processors. MailerLite (email lists), Cloudflare (hosting and email routing). Both process data under GDPR-compliant terms.
Cookies & analytics
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. There is nothing to accept or decline.

Guides may link to other websites for reference. Those sites have their own privacy policies; we have no control over, and receive nothing from, what happens there.

Your rights (GDPR). Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection — write to bookings@walkbomcaminho.com. You can also complain to the CNPD (Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados, cnpd.pt).
